TM44 Reguluations

When are TM44 Inspections required?
Any building that contains air conditioning or ventilation systems which accumulatively exceed 12kW requires a TM44 Inspection.
The EPBD require the air conditioning inspections to be completed every 5 years, with the first inspection being required by no later than January 2008.
It is the responsibility of the owner or operator of the building to ensure this compliance is adhered to.
